Who should be taking part in Meeting Place Berlin?

Conference and meeting organisers can apply to take part free of charge.

Meeting Place Berlin is open to trade professionals only, i.e. buyers, regional service providers and journalists.

German and international decision-makers in the field of conference and meeting organisation with at least 100 participants each event are admitted as buyers. Since the quota of buyers is limited, we can only admit (accredit) buyers who have completed the qualification form and who meet the requirements of Meeting Place Berlin.

Please note that definite invitations to participate in Meeting Place Berlin are extended only to accredited applicants. We regret that invitations cannot be transferred to third parties.
