A city as steeped in history and culture as Berlin shouldn't need building up as worthy of a business visit. Yet the Berlin Convention Office are on hand to explain why the German capital offers the perfect stage for any event.

Meeting Place Berlin: 14-18 June 2007. Meeting Place Berlin was launched successfully in 2005 and last summer Berlin Convention Office (BCO) hosted a Special Edition of this event (25-28 August). It was held in the exclusive Axica Congress Centre right next to Brandenburg Gate. To complement the previour occasion, this event provided a platform for selected national and international organisers and promoters of meetings and incentives to meet local service providers and to experience the meeting city of Berlin first hand. From 14 to 18 June 2007 Berlin will once again play host to decision-makers from reputed firms, associations and organisers from inside and outside Germany, who are interested in staging conventions and meetings in the capital. Take this opportunity to talk to a range of partners from the meeting metropolis Berlin. A variety show in the world renowned Wintergarten Berlin, B2B talks in the Tempodrom - a top notch venue for conventions, product presentations and events, as well as numerous site inspections in convention hotels and locations, are just some of the highlights. Meeting Place Berlin is rounded off by a concert of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra in the open-air arena, Waldbühne.
