From Friday, 11th October 2005, to Sunday, 13th October 2005, 85 participants from 10 different countries enjoyed an extraordinary programme featuring a great variety of impressions of Berlin.


Friday, November 11th, 2005

  • Arrivals
  • 7 p.m. – 12 midnight: show, fair & dine at the axica

Saturday, November 12th, 2005

  • 9 a.m.— 5 p.m.: various sightseeing tours for hosted buyers, including lunch at the Liebermanns restaurant and café, plus an exclusive guided tour of the Berlin Jewish Museum
  • from 7.30 p.m.: dinner party at the Spindler & Klatt

Special networking possibilities

This evening featured a special kind of gala reception. International congress organisers met with Berlin’s local service providers at the city’s most exclusive conference location, the axica Congress and Event Centre right next to the Brandenburg Gate on Pariser Platz. Apart from ideal prerequisites for networking, participants enjoyed the regional cuisine and show highlights from the Wintergarten Varieté.

Berlin’s congress centres, clubs and party locations, 4- and 5-star hotels as well as select Berlin restaurants opened their doors for our inspection tours, and hosted buyers were shown around the facilities in small groups. The hippest locations and the most cutting-edge conference centres with a mixture of elegant ambiance and offbeat insider tips were presented, opening up new possibilities for meetings and corresponding facilities.

The club night on 12th November 2005 proved Berlin to be a city that never sleeps. On this night participants were in for a dinner party at Berlin’s hippest club & party location, the Spindler & Klatt Big Size Club Restaurant. This night was all about networking, chilling and partying, and turned out to be the culmination of the entire event.
